The Kingdom is Here

Jesus said in Mark 1:15 -

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand.”

It is here! It is near! It has always been here and will always be here. We, born-again believers, are in it for eternity. We rule and reign with Christ from it. We are citizens from above, the heavenly Jerusalem.

The Lord has given us rulership over the enemy with Him, both in the heavenly realm and on earth:

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,

(Ephesians 3:10 NKJV)

"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

(Luke 10:19 NKJV)

The kingdom of God rules over all! It is at hand! Any other kingdoms are not legitimate on their own. They will all bow and submit to our King of Glory!

13 ​​“I was watching in the night visions,

​​And behold, One like the Son of Man,

​​Coming with the clouds of heaven!

​​He came to the Ancient of Days,

​​And they brought Him near before Him.

14 ​​Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom,

​​That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him.

​​His dominion is an everlasting dominion,

​​Which shall not pass away,

​​And His kingdom the one

​​Which shall not be destroyed."

15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”

(Revelation 11:15 NKJV)

Enjoy your citizenship in the Kingdom! Jesus paid a heavy price to put us in it. Praise be to our King! ✝️
